Rozlewaczka (nalewarka) Bag in Box, Bib’Up® 2.0 - rozlew gorący

Półautomatyczne nalewarka (rozlewaczka) model  Bib’up  2.0 francuskiej firmy Technibag przeznaczona jest do nalewania płynnych produktów w systemie bag-in-box. Urządzenie może być wykorzystywane do rozlewu wina, wody, soków oraz oleju do worków Bag in Box od 2 do 20 litrów.

Urządzenie posiada panel sterowania z wielofunkcyjnym wyświetlaczem. Dokładność dozowania płynów wynosi ± 5 cl.

Wydajność nalewarki: 900 l/h (licząc worki 10L).  Nalearka nie jest wyposażona w pompę. 

Modern, high-performance and easy-to-use, Bib’up® 2.0 is the ideal filling machine for small to medium production cycles for Bibs between 2 and 20 litres and Pouch from 1.5 to 3 litres.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION

For wines, alcoholic beverages, water, both food and non-food, fruit juice, oils… and various liquids.

3-stage filling cycle:

Removal of tap
Filling cycle begins: removal of air from the bag, metering and filling nitrogen injection, purging  and flushing at the end of the cycle.
